Joel has been with the Visionaries + Voices studio for years unfolding the vast landscapes of America. An avid traveler, Joel takes regular family trips across the country. All of the visual information of traveling is processed and reflected upon his landscapes. using an impressionistic style, the work seems to reference memory, motion and seeking something greater.
