Acrylic. The title of her piece is, “Pluto’s Prison.” Her artwork represents the god of Roman Mythology, Pluto. Pluto was known to be the god of the underworld or the god of the afterlife, which she has depicted as a black and white prison. She imagines that Pluto would invite people into this underworld, where they would be surprised and get lost for days in the prison of his illusion.
